Rachel’s education includes a BS in Exercise Science. She discovered her love for group fitness while attending her very first class. Rachel has 15 years experience in Personal Training and 10 years experience teaching group fitness. In addition to owning V Fusion Studio, she trains older adults in their homes, and she teaches as a graduate assistant at NIU while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science.
Terri has been teaching for 7 years and is currently Daily Method and Volee Certified. She is also working towards obtaining her NETA Personal Training Certification. Her active kids and her love for running keep her motivated to stay in shape, and she loves to bring the push for health and fitness to others. When you’re losing steam, she’ll remind you that “you’ve got this!”
Maria has been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years. She is an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, as well as Zumba, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, and Pilates certified. She loves to inspire and motivate, and can be often quoted as saying, “shake what your mama gave ya!”
Molly loves the energy of group fitness classes and helping people reach their goals! She discovered her passion for teaching over a lifetime of dance and love for Pilates, and now holds 6 years of teaching experience, a BASI Pilates 500-hour Certificate, and a Volee Certification. Molly believes her students are strong, fierce people - come show her what you’re made of!
Krista holds almost 4 years of teaching experience and is Volee and ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certified. Her interest in group fitness was sparked by her two role models in the industry – Vicky Waterman and V Fusion Studio Owner Rachel Kowal. She loves challenging her clients and showing them they can go beyond what they thought they could do. She will tell you, “you are stronger than you think, give me 8 more!”
Dawn has over 20 years of teaching experience and is AFAA Group Fitness, Pilates, Piloxing, WERQ, Barre Connect, and Zumba Certified. She became an instructor for the purpose of helping people feel better mentally and physically, and her favorite part of teaching is seeing client’s reactions to their results! To her, “it’s all good”!
