An intense, low-impact class focusing on keeping the heart rate high through big movements and full ranges of motion. From kettlebells to Therabands, this class uses any and every piece of equipment we have in our studio. This dynamic format will burn plenty of calories and make you sweat like never before!
8:30 BARRE - mesocycle
When you attend this class, you’ll feel like you just hired a personal trainer, a physical therapist, and a group fitness instructor! Our mesocycle is a pre-planned program that runs through a cycle of formats targeting the entire body. Owner Rachel Kowal organizes barre, therapeutic, and fitness-improving exercises into muscle groups and alternates them to avoid overworking the same muscles repeatedly. This strategy helps you prevent injury and keeps you motivated! Whether you attend once a week or on a daily basis, this programming will keep balanced and help you avoid plateaus.

A cardio dance class fused with Volee, Barre, and Pilates. This class will make you sweat, build core strength, and challenge your brain.
Mat Pilates is a non-impact class designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the whole body especially the core muscles.
MOSTLY MEN - V FUSION 101
Designed with guys in mind, we take all of our class formats and slow down the pace to help our students grasp the foundation of each movement. This evening class has the working man and/or woman in mind and focuses on combatting sitter’s deviations, inflexibility, poor core strength, and mobility challenges.
Developed by Owner Rachel Kowal (RK), this class promotes core strength and muscular and cardiovascular endurance. RK Method is conducted solely on our custom-designed suspension straps, which feature handles that accommodate female, male, and arthritic hands, as well as foot straps with satin webbing for bare feet. During class straps stay a “universal length”, so there is no down time making adjustments. RK Method uses unique planking, rowing, and pressing movements that you won’t find in traditional “TRX” programming. We also include creative, low-impact cardio exercises to spike your heart rate and burn calories. If you have low back pain or poor core strength, this class will benefit you!
ROLLING / TRIGGER POINT
FREE every other Friday night. As a thank you to our participants, we offer this class for free to restore, regenerate, and rejuvenate the body and all the hard work you do for it. This class features 90 minutes of foam rolling and trigger point work for every compartment of the body. You feel amazing after you are done!
Volée Method™ was created right here at V Fusion Studio by current co-owner Rachel Kowal and previous owner Vicky Waterman. This class is a complete hybrid of suspension training exercises, Pilates style movements, and ballet fitness movements. It has a fun flow from exercise to exercise with choreography on a beat. Because there is no impact on the joints, it is appropriate for any age and fitness level.
